These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of tradewithnate.com and all products, services, and messages provided by NatnaelEliteLLC, doing business as TradeWithNate ("TradeWithNate," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, applying for our mentorship, booking a call, purchasing, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program name: TradeWithNate Mentorship Updates
What you'll receive: when you opt in, TradeWithNate will send text messages about your mentorship application, call booking confirmations and reminders, follow-ups after your call, and updates about the TradeWithNate mentorship.
- How to opt in: check the SMS consent box on our application form and submit your mobile number.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, or email tradewithnatesupport@gmail.com.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You must be 18 or older to enroll in the SMS program.
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, apply for the mentorship, purchase our products, or enroll in our SMS / text messaging program. By using our services or opting in to text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
3. What We Offer
TradeWithNate provides trading education, including 1-on-1 mentorship, video lessons, and access to a private Discord community. These are digital products and services delivered electronically.
4. Access & Delivery
Access is granted to your account and/or Discord after successful payment. Delivery is considered complete at the moment access is provided.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Whop and Stripe. All sales are final. In summary: no refunds after 24 hours, no refunds once content has been accessed, and no refunds once Discord access has been granted. If you have a problem accessing your purchase, contact us and we will help.
6. License & Use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own use. You may not share, resell, record, redistribute, or republish any material. Sharing your access may result in removal without a refund.
7. No Financial Advice or Guarantees
TradeWithNate provides educational content only. We are not financial advisors, and nothing we provide is financial, investment, or trading advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and past results do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
8. Conduct
Members who are abusive, disruptive, or who violate these Terms may be removed from the mentorship or community without a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeWithNate is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or messages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
